*  Advance notice to book services is appreciated and recommended.

       * I do pride myself however on being able to accommodate spontaneity
          and family emergency trips.

       *  If all scheduled visits are not made because you return home early or
           have to cancel, a refund will be provided or a credit given for future
           visits.

       * I do not charge for key pickup or return and I can leave your key on
          the last visit, keep it for future jobs, or return it personally after you are
          home.
